How are your pieces made?
All of our items are hand painted and we love creating for you! Processing times for each piece may vary. We will always do our best to provide the most accurate processing and shipping times.
Are items made to order?
If an item is listed as “made to order”, it means that we begin your piece at the time of purchase. A time estimate for this process is given with the item’s description.
Do you offer custom or commissioned pieces?
Yes! Many of our pieces may be monogrammed at an additional cost. If you do not see this option for a piece that you are admiring and would like to inquire about adding it, you can contact us.
Do you offer wholesale?
Yes! While our wholesale capacity is limited, we love meeting new vendors. If you are interested in carrying one or more of our lines in your shop, please complete the following wholesale inquiry form.
What is your return policy?
Each piece is an individual work of art and many items are made to order. For this reason, we do not offer returns. However, please inspect your order at the time of it’s arrival. If there is an issue, please notify us within 15 days.
